Subject: source corrections
the source of this show was actually an analog cassette, not digital. i wish the beginning wasn't cut, but i did the best i could given the circumstances (the club was extremely uncooperative about taping even though i had the band's permission). this was also the loudest concert i've ever attended... i had to leave the room during the closing number due to the physical pain despite the fact that i was wearing earplugs and had my hands clamped over my ears as tightly as i could manage.

This is the best pure sounding show i've heard from this band on the archive. Xmas steps is #uckin' killer...entire show kicks ass! Nothing like a crisp sbd to rock the house!

Mogwai often employed a flute for helicon 2 during this era and this is a particularly nice example.

Notes

Sine Wave is cut at the beginning. This is also on the master.
